When it comes to the field service management industry, facilitating seamless coordination between technical and sales reps and the administrative department can be a big challenge. Most organisational teams lack the coherence required to work together for meeting customers’ expectations while balancing the workforce and staying profitable. This also complicates the approach to earn customer loyalty, which entails constant communication with them and learn what they think about the services offered— all in real time to manage deviations.

This is precisely where Spain-based Internalia Group is moving the needle. With more than 15 years of experience in providing technological solutions, Internalia Group is committed to helping organisations with the aim of optimising business processes and improving results and profits. Internalia Group specialises in the development, implementation and distribution of mobile applications to improve the internal control of companies, enhance the management of field service teams, encourage workflow and increase data security on mobile devices. Francisco Orellana, CEO of Internalia Group, mentions, “We have a strong partnership network that sells our apps over all in Latin America and South Africa.”

The mobile applications delivered by Internalia Group help companies to have accurate data to work with and take right strategic decisions in real time. The solutions enable managers to hit their targets and achieve results in all directions. Due to the easy user experience offered by the solutions, workforce teams can now be more organised and comply with their assigned scheduled even while away from the office. Internalia Group’s field service management application lets workers coordinate with the back-office using a service desk can solve the aforementioned challenges. Internalia Group’s world-class Working Day Suite of apps for field team management comprises tracker/GPS monitoring, forms, planner and orders, which allow to schedule agenda task for every worker and send signed orders on the move. Notably, the Working Day Suite application has been a finalist in the “APPSTER AWARDS”—one of the leading global multi-platform events in the mobile industry—for the “Best Enterprise App” category.

Our easy to use, plug and play apps, strong after-sales service, useful features for fieldwork companies and guaranteed high ROI in a short time ensures our competitive edge in the market

It stands to reason that numerous companies rely on this app for improved productivity and the quality of life of employees. The company’s new COVID-19 tracker’s feature helps companies identify the workers who have stayed with a COVID-19 positive worker in the last 15 days. Artificial intelligence is implemented with GPS algorithms to ensure both workers’ safety and a company’s security.

Besides the field team management apps, Internalia Group also presents a complete CRM on the move for the sales department with its Mobile CRM. With this app, the workforce can know about every communication with clients, attach related documents, organise different actions with them (visits, interviews, calls), use calendar for a better organisation and even utilise statistics. Internalia Group’s Work Time App helps organisations with the management of the hours worked by the workforce— track hours, pause and finish of the work time. Keeping security in mind, the company has also designed a security solution, Mobile Security360 that protects Android devices and empowers companies to remotely manage their mobile workforce; they can also manage one or more devices from the web panel. They can control the app inventory and configure security options and permissions remotely too.

Internalia Group’s successful national and international track record stands testimony to the value it brings to various renowned organisations across the world. In an instance, the company’s solutions proved particularly beneficial for EcoPlanet Bamboo, a leading company in the industrialisation of bamboo as a viable and environmentally attractive alternative fibre for the wood manufacturing industries. The client wanted to automate the registration of agricultural activities for payroll payment purposes. “With the implementation of Working Day Forms, the client now has an automated solution to collect data—from the maintenance of crops for the purpose of payroll pay to workers. This allows the information currently loaded from paper forms to be automatically loaded so that investors anywhere in the world can access our management panel and generate their performance dashboards or KPIs,” notes Orellana.

In yet another impressive feat, Internalia Group helped St. Georges Bank—one of the most important banks in Central America with presence in Panamá—with its Working Day Suite to guarantee credit card deliveries on time. The solution allows the client to measure the tasks time of messaging managers. The application has reduced the fraud rates, thanks to the Working Day Tracker: every place they visit is registered now. The cases of not delivered credit cards are now reduced to the minimum.

Scripting similar success stories for its clients, Internalia Group is well-positioned in the market to empower companies with personnel working in mobility. Orellana reveals, “Our easy to use, plug and play apps, strong after-sales service, useful features for fieldwork companies and guaranteed high ROI in a short time ensures our competitive edge in the market.” As a development company, Internalia Group is always working to improve or add features in its apps to deliver clients the best user experience and help them achieve their objectives. “For the current pandemic situation, we are working with several solutions to help companies and governments to stop the coronavirus spread and track infected people. We have partners in Latin America, North, South Africa and Qatar. Now, our expansion plans are focused on Europe,” ends Orellana.
